What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account. At this time we do not accept phone order.
Do you ship internationally?
YES, We are now shipping to the US and all over the earch. Free Shipping does not allpy to international orders.
Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Basic shipping is always free. Alternate shipping methods are displayed during checkout.

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and specifics on what was wrong with the order.
How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at email@example.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm that the order was placed.
Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within 48 hours. Often our new shirt for the week is not yet in stock, hence the discount for pre-ordering it.
What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be geekingtshirts.com.
Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at email@example.com. Please include your contact information and the business name.
